I went to school in southern California for baseball. I was drafted out of Cal State Fullerton in the 11th round by the Texas Rangers in 1985. I went to the minors for a few years then was called to the show in 1988. I was called back in 1990, then spent 3 years with the Big club. Later I was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers, were I spent one year. I then went to Japan for two years, then back to the states for a short stint in the minor leagues. I then left the game to move back to Canada to raise my family.
Since then I have become a Taxidermist and done some guiding for an Outfitter.( I filmed a hunt for Bob Fromme, the one were he shoots the BC Grizzly) I have hunted since I was 8 years old, and have used a bow for the last 21 years. I have been successful in taking whitetail, mule deer, moose, and many black bear with my bow. My family and I have taken part in 3D shoots for the last 7 years. We have all done quite well with my wife placing 2nd in Canada, and myself winning the nationals in 2006. In 2008, I tied for 1st place, only to loose by one “X”, posting a second place finish.
