I was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia.
Growing up I played a lot of lacrosse, and golf. Living on the island I have had a lot of opportunity to go hunting and fishing. I was introduced to archery about twelve years ago. Since then I joined the Victoria Bowmen Archery Club and go to 3D target shoots every chance I get. I have been to four Canadian 3D National Championships finishing from second to sixth. The last four British Columbia Provincial Championships I finished first place twice and second place twice.

I have won many local and regional shoots and have successfully cleaned six complete courses not dropping a single point.

I have hunted black bear, mule deer, whitetail and black tail deer, taking numerous of these with the bow.
